Refund policy
All ponchos are pre-sale and take 6 weeks to fabricate. This does not include delivery time. You will receive an email once your item has been dropped off with the shipping carrier.
Domestic Pre-Orders
Pre-order Payment
Payments will be due at the time of purchase. All accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Pre-order Cancelation
You can cancel pre-orders at any time prior to fabrication. Please keep in mind that if you request a cancelation after the item has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, it is your responsibility to return the item and pay all fees associated with the return.
Returns
If the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product, we will cover any return shipping fees.
If the return is for any other reason, we will not pay for the return shipping fees and you will be responsible for all shipping and restocking fees without reimbursement. If the item is returned in a condition other than the original condition, no refund will be issued.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
If the item is a custom/special order, there will be a 50% restocking fee.
Refused and Undeliverable Shipments
A refused shipment will be treated as a return and any return costs will be deducted from the refund.
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped.
You will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes for refused or undeliverable shipments.

International Payments
All payments must be made in United States Dollars. Your credit card company converts your currency to USD at the time of purchase using the current currency exchange rate. We do not control the exchange rate, nor any foreign transaction fees your issuing bank may charge.
