All ponchos are pre-sale and take 6 weeks to fabricate. This does not include delivery time. You will receive an email once your item has been dropped off with the shipping carrier.

We offer the following services for domestic delivery:

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier selected. Each shipping method will display a delivery date or date range of when a shipment can be expected for delivery. 


If your delivery has not arrived, we suggest you check the tracking to get a package update. Please be advised that some addresses may take longer than the stated delivery dates. Deliveries may also take longer if you live in an area that is experiencing an unexpected service delay, such as severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.


Domestic Returned, Refused, and Undeliverable Shipments 

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments
A refused shipment will be treated as a return and any return costs will be deducted from the refund.
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped.
You will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes for refused or undeliverable shipments.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on actual product weights and dimensions. Dimensional weight reflects how much space a package takes in a truck or plane. The rates do not include any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be assessed by the destination country.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Each shipping method will display a delivery date or date range of when the shipment can be expected for delivery.
The delivery estimate should only be used as a general guideline. There are many factors including customs clearance that can delay delivery. Shipments that are sent by mail or a private carrier such as UPS can take considerably longer than the stated delivery times.

Importation
When ordering from Five Star Alterations you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Customs Clearance
International shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by Customs and/or postal authorities. Individual products and packaging may be opened and inspected. Items may be repacked without the original care taken when your shipment left our facility. We have no control over this process and thus cannot be held responsible or guarantee the condition of any items on arrival. If you experience a complication with your local Customs agency, we recommend that you follow up with them directly.
If your shipment is not cleared by Customs and is disposed of for any reason (including failure to pay any duties, taxes or fees) we will not refund any product or shipping.
